Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The Bet 877 referral programme pays Rs 2,500 per qualifying referral with no cap on the number of friends referred. A bet is confirmed when Bet 877's system registers and acknowledges it. A bet acknowledgement is displayed on screen immediately after confirmation. If your connection drops before acknowledgement is displayed, check your bet history — bets that were not acknowledged by the system are not valid and no stake has been deducted.
In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, game software failures, or disconnection during a live casino round — Bet 877 will review the affected session and determine the appropriate resolution. Where the malfunction prevents a fair result from being determined, the relevant round or bet may be voided and stakes returned. Bet 877's decision on malfunction outcomes is final.

If the investigation confirms manipulation, any associated winnings will be forfeited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bet 877 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

Any withdrawable balance will be returned to your nominated payment method after applicable processing checks. If your account is suspended by Bet 877 due to a Terms violation, your balance will be held pending the outcome of any investigation. Where the investigation confirms a serious breach, all or part of the balance may be forfeited. Where the suspension is resolved in your favour, the balance is returned to you in full.
